"I am Jugoslovenka" argues that queer-feminist artistic and political resistance were paradoxically enabled by socialist Yugoslavia's unique history of patriarchy and women's emancipation. Spanning performance and conceptual art, video works, film and pop music, lesbian activism and press photos of female snipers in the Yugoslav wars, the book analyses feminist resistance in a range of performative actions that manifest the radical embodiment of Yugoslavia's anti-fascist, transnational and feminist legacies. It covers celebrated and lesser-known artists from the 1970s to today, including Marina Abramovic, Sanja Ivekovic, Vlasta Delimar, Tanja Ostojic, Selma Selman and Helena Janecic, along with music legends Lepa Brena and Esma Redzepova. "I am Jugoslovenka" tells a unique story of women's resistance through the intersection of feminism, socialism and nationalism in East European visual culture.

Metaphysical Dictionary is a volume of very short poems in dictionary form, sorted alphabetically. The Toronto Star says: "This sly, whimsical debut collection by Toronto poet Svetlana Lilova is not much more than pocket-sized, but its poetic reach is expansive... These epigrammatic gems resonate profoundly." Football breaks down all doors, including those of literature. Contrary to popular belief, there are many writers who at some point were attracted by the mystery of the goal or the fervor of the stands. The ball sneaks into the work and life of authors who have built bridges between these two apparently dissociated worlds. From Marguerite Duras to Eduardo Galeano, passing through Albert Camus, Roberto Bolaño, Svetlana Aleksiévich or Federico García Lorca. This book is 90 games that were played one day. This book is made up of 90 stories, halfway between the chronicle and the tale, with which tribute is paid to 90 extraordinary creators who have influenced our way of understanding football.
Morz is the northernmost land in the world. Centuries ago, the snow has stopped falling and the ice melted, becoming a shapeless, disgusting mud. There is a shadow to the east of Morz; the shadow of Noir, a maleficent spirit which will do anything to bring the kingdom to his demise. Right behind his steps, is the Second, a prodigious warrior, crueller and fiercer than every minion revolving around them. There is a child on Morz throne: He is expected to be as fervent as his ancestors to maintain the kingdom in the Light. But prince Jaroslav doubts his position and only wants one thing: to live in peace. And in the north, close to the mountains, the witches hatch, vengeful, devoured by their uncertain dream of making snow fall again on their fallen world.
"Being a cartoonist is suicide these days if you have to raise a family, but what is really tragic is being the widow of a cartoonist. Robbing a bank may be your last option. Let me explain in my graphic novel how I did it." Lundi drew this work during the last years of his life, when he was already aware of his fatal illness. In order not to leave his daughter and his wife abandoned with debts and without resources, he came up with a seemingly crazy solution: robbing a bank. What was unknown until now is that Lundi had drawn this comic to explain to her daughter Elisa the reasons why he decided to rob the bank. However, the handwritten work that Elisa received when she came of age was unfinished, and the author in a posthumous note asked Javier Ara, the draftsman who was his assistant to fix his drawings for years, to finish it. Javier Ara accepts the task, but his hatred of Lundi makes him embark on a much larger undertaking: expanding the comic by unmasking Lundi and finding out whether the bank was actually robbed. This work is a longseller that has already sold out its third edition and we are preparing the fourth edition. A short animated film by Javier Ara, author of this comic Freehand Robbery, but also of Dark Investment and The Great Battle of the Gusis, has gone viral in 2022 and has tens of millions of views on social networks.More than 43 million views on TikTok:https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMLQ2jHMb/On youtube it already has more than 1.5 million views:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-G2lG-o_uk&t=33sAnd the number of views is growing every day.
Inverse Coordination Chemistry: A Novel Chemical Concept features and discusses the interesting array of inverse coordination complexes, from those with monoatomic or polyatomic centres to those with organic molecules as centres. While traditional coordination complexes consist of a metal atom at the centre surrounded by inorganic ligands, inverse coordination complexes show a reversed topology: a central non-metal atom surrounded by metallic ligands. Concisely written and with full-coloured illustrations, this book is a timely and comprehensive introduction to this exciting but largely overlooked field of inverse coordination in inorganic chemistry. This book serves as an invaluable resource for chemists, educators, and students. Click here for more information
