The novel tells the story of Arder and his adventures with his little sister Lisa, Mr. Budokai and the bar owner named Matilo. They all set off - accidentally and involuntarily - to the land called Solareii.On the way, they all learn about their past, which they try to forget: they are confronted with their murderous deeds, their false morals, their ignorance of their fellow human beings and their deep-seated fears. In the end, they meet on the shore of the lake with a gray mirror surface. There it is decided who can start a new life and how. - The novel is told in the breathtaking tradition of the fantastic literature of Boris Vian and Daniil Harms.
